The engine is a GM 350-cu. in. crate V-8 motor with 12,500 miles on it. The photos show an aluminum intake manifold with a four-barrel carburetor (electric choke), HEI ignition, and tubular exhaust headers. The engine starts right up and doesn’t smoke or leak. The Turbo Hydra-Matic 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission has a 1,000-rpm stall speed and shifts smoothly. The rear end is a 9-inch Ford. EXTERIOR The light green exterior was last repainted in 2020 and the paint condition as “superb. ” He

adds that there is no rust and no blemishes. The glass is rated as “perfect, ” but the vent windows “do leak a little when the car is washed, ”.

The door and trunk handles have been shaved, the running boards are smooth, and the front bumper has been replaced with custom nerf bars. The one-year-only 1938 grille appears to be straight and shiny in the photos. INTERIOR The upholstery is rated as “excellent”, with no blemishes noted. He adds the carpet is “very good, but it could stand to be shampooed. ” The heat and air conditioning both work, as do all the gauges, power windows/locks, and the Alpine stereo system. The gauges are from Classic Instruments and are mounted in a billet gauge panel.

The tilt steering column is topped with a billet steering wheel. The stereo is mounted in an overhead console. The trunk was carpeted and upholstered to match the interior.

This was not a “thrown together build” This was my second Chevelle build and after doing the first one I had learned so much I wanted to do it again, only better.

The planning, execution, and effort was all in pursuit of building a long lasting, reliable, and fun car. Complete frame off restoration including panel replacements, partial floor/trunk

pan replacements, firewall/dash replacements/repairs. Panel/door/hood and deck lid alignment is tight and consistent. 3 coats of color, 3 coats of clear, wet sanded and polished. This paint job looks poured on. Custom front badging (5.3L) matching original design.

Badges were late so some pictures show original 307 badges. Currently showing one side mirror. Engine is a 5.3 liter LM7 from an ‘03 Tahoe with the 4L60e 4 speed automatic transmission. Engine was dyno tuned to 299.4 wheel horsepower. (wanted to round to 300 but hey, gotta sleep at night). Custom seats and console. All new original style reproduction interior panels and accessories. Retro looking audio system with Bluetooth,

This 1954 Chevrolet 210 Custom has been resorted over the years and was painted about ten years ago in a Beautiful Cherry red with a white top.

The paint does show some signs of age with the clear coat peeling off the top a little- you can see in the pictures at the end. There are also some chips and above the front bumper there is a crack.

All the chrome on the car looks good and the wheels are black with chrome moonis and white wall tires. Under the car is a New Front end with brand new suspension, springs, leaf springs, all new gas lines and exhaust. Everything underneath is basically new like the power steering, 3 speed transmission hooked up to a Chevy V8 350 down with black heads and black air cleaner, new radiator and fan.

Car is a great daily driver and fires up each time. Also a new full wire harness and all electrical works and all gauges. This car is ready to install a vintage air system with the new wire harness if you need it. The interior of the car was finished in a white and red color pattern with red carpet. The dash was painted the same color as the car and also the trim pieces were painted red.
