1960 Oldsmobile 88 Convertible All service records since new For sale is this nice driving 1960 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 Convertible with the same owner since 1960!
This classic 1960 convertible has been well maintained over the last 59 years including a rebuilt engine and transmission along with being well taken care of over its life. All service
records from day one are with the car! This car runs and drives fantastic. The car has had previous body work and patches in the body and floors put in over the years. Some of the paint is a shade off and there are imperfections and defects throughout the car including chips, checking etc.
The car is the classic â10 footer â. There are signs of bondo however nothing is popping though. The interior is almost all original with the exception of the bottoms of the seats that were recovered. I was told that the original material is still under these covers and the seats were just split at the seams. The top is in excellent working condition with a new pump and lift cylinders. The canvas
is in perfect condition as well as the rear plastic window. The car goes down the road at 75 without a struggle and without issues. I have had many cars in my collection and this one drives better than all of them, just like a high dollar restoration.
The car brakes straight and true. Radial 4 inch whites are in great shape. Honestly this car needs nothing mechanical and everything works! The car has recently passed state inspection without issue. The car will need to be restored for the show car, however this car is ready to go as is and will last for years. This car is the pure definition of a âdriver â.

1963 Austin Healey 3000 Mark II BJ7 2 Door Convertible with blue exterior paint and a matching blue leather interior.
It features a 302 cid V-8 engine under the hood with an Edelbrock gear drive and 4 bbl. carburetor, Keith Black 10.5â pistons, a 2000 stall converter, Magnaflow mufflers and a Ford C-4 transmission. This amazing classic also
had a Ford 9â rear end with 3:50 Posi-traction gears, front disc brakes, 70 Spoke Dayton Wheels, a great sound system and more. Built for Ride Quality Blistering Performance The current owner of this 1963 Austin Healey 3000 Mark II BJ7 Roadster has enjoyed it for many years now and decided that it was worthy of a complete restoration from the ground up.
That included overhauling a 1969 Ford 302 motor for this classic plus adding high end accessories and performance parts throughout. The build was completed with extensive body work, beautiful fresh paint and a refreshing of the chrome, interior and trim work. In terms of performance, this 1963 Austin Healey 3000 Mark II BJ7 is lightning
fast with a fantastic weight to power ratio. It does everything well from acceleration to tight cornering, plus it has solid stopping power as well. There simply is nothing here not to like about this classic if you âre looking for a high-end resto mod.

Excellent, needs nothing.
Drives amazingly with no check engine lights. Since purchase, I have changed the oil, diff fluid, brake fluid, clutch fluid, and trans fluid. I also replaced the clutch around 16K miles with 100% OEM parts (the throwout bearing had a little buildup after 17 years, leaving it feeling slightly sticky; it was not buzzing
or seized or anything like that). The clutch feels like new now! Car does not burn oil. Passed emissions too. The car currently has 17" AP2V1 wheels (from a 2004-2005 S2000) and Dunlop Direzza tires with average (5-6/32" ) tread left. These wheels are in pretty good condition.
One does have a little curb rash though. Great. I installed a new Pioneer headunit and new speakers in the doors. Due to the aftermarket headunit, the dash controls for the radio (to the left of the steering wheel) no longer function. There is some minor wear and tear inside the vehicle consistent with age. Car still smells fresh and the leather is supple though.

1957 Ford Thunderbird convertible The car is running!I have owned this car for several years and unfortunately have not been able to enjoy it as well as I should.
I is a great car as a 'driver'. It needs some tweeking and probably a good tune up and fluids. I picked up a new battery last year which was installed and a new vehicle radio which
was not. There has been several questions about condition, esp. rust. There are some rust spots where the paint has popped. Other than that the car seems in nice condition. I do find that the driver's door is a little off and has to be lifted to close. the rear glass is out, but in my possession. What else can be said. The pictures tell the story.

1967 Pontiac Le Mans Convertible nice driver power top/brakes/steering This classic Pontiac is a joy to drive.
The body is straight and solid and the top is in good shape. The car goes up and down the road as good as it did when it was new. There are some aspects of the car that you âll want to improve, but at this price point its an affordable
car to start enjoying right from the start. EXTERIOR: The convertible top is in great condition and its power top will lower it without any trouble. Raising it will require you to give it a little help. The windows all roll up and down with ease and the hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily.
The car has a very straight, solid body with no evident rust. The red paint is older and will suffice for the time being. The wheels and tires are in great shape, as is all the window glass and chrome. INTERIOR: The white vinyl interior won ât win you any awards, but its hanging in there and is comfortable. Replacing the seat covers will go a long way with the overall look of the interior.
Everything is present in the interior, including all the trim and seat belts, making this a great car to drive and enjoy while you are fixing it up here and there.
MECHANICAL: The 326 Pontiac V8 fires right up and goes down the road great. The 3 speed automatic transmission shifts seamlessly and the power disc brakes stop the car without any trouble. The power steering makes the car fun to drive. The Optima battery insures that it will fire right up and is always ready to go. Thanks for taking a look.

Originally a RAM AIR III GTO - The Pontiac Historical Society documentation (see photo below) shows that this GTO is an originally equipped Ram Air III, convertible, 4 speed, and was loaded with numerous options â Hood Tach, PS, PB front discs, A/C, Power Windows, Power Locks, console, Sport steering wheel, remote mirror, Rally Wheel, s 8 track,
remote trunk release.
PHS advised me that there were less than 100 of these RAIII, convertible, 4 speed cars produced â rarer than a RA III Judge GTO. I have owned the GTO since July 1996 and the original Ram Air III engine block had been replaced when I bought the car.
I still have what I believe (no warranty) are the Original RA III No. 12 Heads (production#1179 #1179) and Intake (#9799058 ) - see photos below. The original âRam Air â control knob is still mounted below the dash the original Ram Air scoop flaps, underhood pan, and scoop control cable are still mounted in the engine compartment. The Ram Air carburetor pan shown in photo is a reproduction fiberglass unit
â I never had the original. CURRENT DRIVETRAIN: ENGINE. The RA III motor went down hard several years ago. Then we had a professional engine rebuild shop build following engine for the GTO: 1972 âYCâ code 455 BLOCK from a Pontiac Gran Prix with 4 bolt main bearing caps â lined bored, new FM main, rod, cam bearings oiling holes drilled to improve oil flow w new oli gallery plug set; Engine work components installed by a professional engine building shop were (see photo below): block bore 4.185 for 462 c.
i. SRP forged pistons Eagle Rods, Speed-Pro rings, Eagle forged crankshaft 4.21â storke â all balanced; Crower Hydraulic camshaft duration @.050 Int 240/Exh 242 installed
at 108 degrees; Melling 80 lb oil pump w alloy drive shaft þ â pickup; Rollmaster double roller timing chain; factory Windage tray with extra holes drilled to improve oil flow; Pioneer SFI damper/balancer; new 455 flywheel; HEADS - Edelbrock aluminum street/strip prepared by Pontiac Kauffman Racing shop â 87 CC; bench flow 310 cfm; 1.65:1 Crane Cams Rocker arms new valve springs; Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake port matched to Heads; all assembled with new 105 piece SS bolt kit; Demon Carburetor 850 â jets Primary 85; Secondary 90; Compression Calculation: 9.9:1; Timing @ 40 degrees on 93 octane; and new aluminum high flow water pump; with MSD Pro Billet 6AL distributor spark box; Taylor 8mm Spiro Pro plug coil wires; new starter battery cables; radiator cored reinforced, new hoses; Horsepower - On the Dyno stand the engine developed the following power: 1) on 110 octane gas - 520 hp 607 lbs torque; 2) on 93 octane â 507 hp 600 lbs torque;Exhaust Manifolds â Ram Air Restorations RAIV manifolds with 2.5 inch collector were installed when 455 installed.
Engine Has Not Been Cranked or Run In Over 4 Years. After less than 3,000 miles on the engine driving it sparingly over a couple of years, the engine developed a bad rear main seal leak â too much crankcase pressure â and I finally parked it inside at my mechanics shop about 4 years ago planning to pull up and repair rear main seal â but never got to it with too many car projects going on.
I later learned that these Pontiac 455 suped up engines generally require an crankcase ventilation Evac System (electrical or belt driven) to take out the crankcase pressure. The engine was running very strong fine when we parked it â no knocks or dings or bad noises. However, this Engine MUST be pulled, inspected, new rear main seal at least, and checked for whatever other work should/must be done to get it in proper running order to drive safely.
Gas tank and lines must be cleaned well and/or replaced before operatio Brakes must be gone over thoroughly. TRANSMISSION. When I bought the car factory 4 speed had been replaced with Turbo 400 transmission console. For the new 455 engine we installed a Turbo 400 rebuilt with kevlar gears, shift kit, and 3,200 rpm Anti-balloon stall converter which handled the suped up 455 nicely. However, the Trans has also not been run in over 4 years and must be pulled checked just like the engine for proper running order and safety.
REAR END. When I bought the car the rear end appeared to be the factory GM 10 bolt with Limited Slip and apparently the 3.23 factory gears. I never changed or modified the Rear-End and it was operating fine when the car was parked and handled the 455 just fine. However, the Rear End has also not been run in over 4 years and must be checked just like the engine for proper running order or repairs. Electricals â All electricals were operating fine when the car was parked â except no A/C. repairs. Aftermarket gauges and speedometer were operating when the GTO was parked, but Factory AM/FM radio was not working.
However, the Electrical systems has also not been run in over 4 years and must be checked just like the engine, trans, and rear end, for proper running order or repairinteraction HAUST. After 455 was installed we put in a Magnaflow 3 inch dual exhaust system behind the Ram Air Restoration manifolds. Exhaust system appears to be in good shape. However, the Exhaust system has also not been run in over 4 years and must be checked just like the engine, trans, and rear end, for proper running order or repairs and safety.
