1959 MGA 1500 Coupe Drivable Dream Up for sale is my original unrestored 1959 MGA 1500 Coupe that I refer to as a “Drivable Dream”.
This is a matching numbers rare original unmolested coupe (fixed hardtop) model. There were only 9,922 coupes produced out of 101,081 MGA total production (1/10thof production), only 660 North American Exports coupes
were produced in 1959out of a total of 6,272 1500 coupes produced in total which makes this car actually pretty rare and a very desirable collector car that will continue to appreciate in value. Just turn the key and go! Runs and drives great.
Used 1959 MG MGA White
Very interesting one off example of a racer/driver, mechanically running Mercedes W113 SL.
The car has been in our family since 2007 in dry storage. The dealer I purchased it from believed it to be a " retired race car" as evidenced by the competition-style gas tank with the fill spout in the trunk and the fact that many of the trim
parts are plastic; the interior has also been stripped to save weight. There are also Mercedes trophies that came with this vehicle in the trunk. This specially fitted with the Mercedes 110 twin cam workhorse engine, four speed manual transmission. This car has several new parts: brake master cylinder reservoir (brakes need service from sitting), new clutch slave and master cylinder, ( both need service from sitting.
) Please notice bundt-style Mercedes alloy wheels. This looks like the LOGO CAR for the former Pagoda group web site race car number 39âuse your imagination and install a roll bar and decals on the doors and you're off to the races. Car came with no steering wheel; we
obtained an OK OEM one to use. We also changed the racing style toggle ignition switch to a universal keyed one to make it more street legal. The car has not been driven on the road since we bought it.
Paint has some minor scratches - a dime size blister on hood (pictured) and some misfired clear coat (probably buff out) - hood will have to be realigned and eventually possibly repainted. One longer scratch on left side front fender towards the bottom. Car has no exterior chrome trim except for trunk star, again probably as as a weight-saving measure for racing purposes. Car needs windlass therefore windows are loose in their tracks. Driver's window is race-ready plexiglass and needs some
hardware tightening. Interior looks OK for 50 year-old car. Headliner needs to be cleaned.
We found a parcel box and ashtray and installed. The Belgium coupe kinder seat was also present when we purchased the car. This was most likely installed after the roll bar was removed. The seat belts need to be reinstalled. There is some wear and tear on doors and dash. Stainless steel plates are installed where the radio would mount and on the dash where the ducts for the heater would be âthese elements were all removed, again for racing weight. Clock present but not working, all other gauges are present. Vinyl seat covers are ok for driver-level car; non-original carpet, comes with a set of beige cloth racing seat covers.
There are obvious repairs on the floor underneath that seem presentable. We installed a new W107 fuel pump to get the car running. Most tools and bag are in the trunk with a scissor jack and, original rubber floor mats. Car has no rust. Has hard top only. Some chrome trim pieces are missing, but easily replaceable. Please keep in mind this is a very interesting antique. OEM parts are readily available for this W113 Mercedes along with the very easily obtained W123 Mercedes parts for the engine and trans and it does not have any of the anti-smog devices to slow it down.
Overall this is a driver car that runs â as I said brakes and clutch need to be redone from sitting. With a little restoration this car can be a cool head turner. Racing type muffler gives it a throaty sound. In the summer time just remove hardtop and go. This is your chance to own a piece of undefined racing history.

Here up for sale is this fantastic Cadillac, a 1941 Series 61 Fastback Coupe.
Relatively rare, the Model 6127 Coupes were the only ones to feature fastback styling for that year. 1941 Cadillacs are acknowledged as Full Classics by the CCCA and it's easy to see why. This car began life in California, later joining a large collection in Nevada
before coming to NY. It's an older frame off restoration that still shows very well, it remains to this day a reliable stately classic that's an excellent choice for comfortable, reliable touring. The car was taken off the frame for a full cosmetic and mechanical restoration.
A factory black car, the paint quality is excellent but does show a few age related flaws if you go looking for them. Overall the car stands tall but is not a 100 point example. The body is arrow straight (obviously important for a black car) and shows no rust issues or problems. The trimwork on this car is in excellent condition. Both bumpers were rechromed and look fantastic. Tires are bias ply wide whites, they're
older tires but still show good tread and no sidewall checking. All 4 wheels, hubcaps and trim rings are in great shape. The grill still has its original finish, it gives you an idea of how good the car was to start with.
Hood side vents show the typical light pitting they all seem to have. Hood ornament is in excellent conditon Both tail light assemblies show good chrome and good lenses. The car's biggest flaw is a small paint crack on the top of the passenger side quarter panel, visible in the 3rd photo below. Some of the fender beading on the rear quarters could be tighter. Those two flaws are about the only things I can find to pick on, I believe that the car's overall presence more
than makes up for them. The sedanette body style has a look all its own, especially in black.
The reflections in the 4th photo show just how straight this body is. The trunk handle assembly will need a bit of fiddling with the latch. All of the glass was replaced and they're all absolutely crystal clear with no flaws. All window seals were replaced at that time as well. The stainless window surrounds are in great shape throughout. Complete interior restoration along with a plastic seat cover for the front, easily removable if not wanted. Rear seat shows hardly any use. Doors close precisely, windows wind smoothly. Expert wooodgraining job on the dash and garnish moldings.
The car has all new windlacing and weatherstripping. A new wiring harness was installed from front to rear. Lights, horn, signals, etc are all working. All gauges work correctly except for the temp gauge, an auxillary unit has been mounted below the dash and shows stable readings. Speedometer and odometer work correctly, the radio works but the volume doesn't seem to adjust from its medium setting. The clock works but runs a little fast. The heater and fan work well. Headliner is excellent from back to front. The 346 V-8 runs beautifully and produces ample power. Starts readily and has a near silent idle.
The motor is more than adequate for freeway driving, it cruises at 70 with power to spare. Around town the car has lots of low end torque, it never seems taxed or stressed, it drives with authority. Another impressive mechanical aspect of this Cadillac is the way it shifts. This has to be the smoothest column shift car I've ever driven, it's just perfect. The car has a nice tight feel driving down the road, it brakes well and tracks straight. The driving experience in this car is first rate. The motto of Cadillac as " The Standard of the World" bears witness to the quality of these milestone automobiles.

One of likely only a handful of Euro-spec 8 series in north america and likely the only example without a sunroof (slicktop) as well as no EDC.
Probably one of the only car in north america equipped with full suite of exterior upgrades from German tuner MK Motorsport! Much like Alpina, Hartge, AC Schintzer, MK Motorsport offered both performance
and exterior upgrades to various BMW models from the 80's and 90's. This particular car has front spoiler and MK1 wheels. Both the spoiler and wheels dramatically improve the looks of a standard 8 series. Other goodies on the car included are Eibach (Germany) lowering springs and Bilstein (Germany) shocks.
All parts are period correct items with the wheels having visible âMade in West Germany â stampings. The wheels are 18 x 9.5 and 18 x 11 inch are specific to this model are regarded in the 8 series community as THE wheels for the 8 series. This is a stunning low milage example of BMW's flagship super tourer and surely appreciating daily in this condition. Clean title.

I am selling a beautiful 1970 Chevelle.
It looks mean and gets plenty of attention wherever it goes. It has the sinister blacked out look, with a set of 18" 20" Boss wheels finished in gunmetal gray. It starts right up every time, idles smooth, runs and drives great, and sounds like a muscle car should through a true dual exhaust.
I believe the 350 engine, TH400 12 Bolt rear are all original to the car. Power steering makes driving easy, and it has front disc brakes as well as an upgraded MSD ignition. It is a factory AC car and the system is complete minus the belt. The body, floors, frame and trunk are all in great shape.
The black paint shines beautifully but does have some imperfections up close. Everything opens and closes nicely, as it should. The black interior is in great shape as well, with no rips, tears or cracks. It has factory bucket seats with a center console and staple shifter along with an SS style dashboard and steering wheel. All of the lights and signals are in working order. Overall, its a beautiful car that always draws a crowd wherever it goes and it runs great. Not a perfect show or museum car, but something you can get in, turn the key and enjoy. Clean title.

1974 Karmann Ghia.
Last year they were made. 1600 engine has about 40,000 miles on it. The engine needs to be cleaned up, but it runs perfectly. Installed an electric fuel pump so I never have vapor lock issues. Electronic ignition, so no distributor points to mess with. Shifts well. The engine needs to be cleaned up. One of my future projects
if it doesn't sell. Transmission works flawlessly. Recently finished a body-on restoration. No rust anywhere. The engine bay still needs to be painted. I will include almost a full gallon of base coat paint. Nice Bluetooth stereo with great speakers. The under hood wiring needs some attention.
It all works, just needs to be organized so it looks better. All rust removed and new metal welded in. New floor pans welded in the rear. Quality welds and seam sealed and then undercoated. New carpet. Seat material is in pretty good shape. Comes with lots of extra parts, including a rear luggage rack, original wheels (with tires) and hub caps for that original look. Bright LED tail light, back up, and turn signal bulbs. Halogen headlights with glass housing.

This car has done 13000 miles in 30years of ownership.
The restoration and customization started with a clean straight 67000mile original car. A labor of love and expensive attention to detail which has been tastefully done and still looks current and almost new 30 years later. Multiple show winner over the years. Always kept in heated garage
and Impeccably maintained and cared for Would be impossible to duplicate now even at double the asking price. The body is lazer straight with no rust or any other issues present. The Candy Burgundy custom multilayer paint has a deep and glossy shine. The roof has been chopped 6 inches and the car now stands at 45 inches high when lowered and 18 feet long.
Has an amazing wide, long and low stance. The car has been fitted with independent hydraulic suspension which is 4 way independently operated from the dash mounted switches. Run by 4 batteries powering pumps with 8 inch hydraulic cylinders in front and 10 inch in back.

Time to sell the car I always wanted.
It is a 'rare' beast and I'm sure if you are looking at the car you know the extensive history of the URQ's. History on the car.1st owner had it for 6 years, 2nd owner had it for 21 years, 3rd owner (myself) I have owned it for 7 years. It was a California car most of it's life then moved to New Mexico where
I purchased the car in 2010. There is absolutely 'no rust' on the car, accident free, original paint interior in very nice shape for the age. Garage kept! It has tan leather interior w/out any rips or tears. I have documentation of repair history that totals over $27,000!
The list is quite extensive, here is just a few of the things performed. Valve job 2 Bennet radiator Diff actuators Master cylinder Timing belt Water pump Fuel filters Fuel pump Starter Battery Cross drilled front rotors Alternator New windshield Etc It is all stock except for the 2 Bennett radiator the second owner installed. Current mileage is 78,706. The second owner had it stored and not driven for 14 years during
the 22 years he owned it. Hence when he decided to drive the car again he incurred some extensive repair costs. I have, since owning it gone through and sorted out most all of the gremlins.
Lots of repair/technical manuals included in the sale + extra spare parts. Car runs GREAT with lots of power and wonderful feel of the road.
