The large refrigerator/freezer gives you plenty of room for all

your food and drinks that need to be kept cold. The entertainment center has lots of storage along with space for a large flat-screen TV (not included) and stereo system.

The sofa is lovely and very comfortable - the dining table is great for dining or as a game spot or for working if you are working while on the go. The bunk room has a privacy door, plenty of storage space and three bunk beds plus the center dresser and wardrobe closet at the top. The bath room features a tub/shower combo with skylight overhead for lots of natural light in the bathroom - a bathroom bowl style sink and updated faucet, and extended countertop to provide additional counter space and the toilet. There is

a mirror over the sink and additional cabinet / storage space below the sink.

The master bedroom has been rearranged to create more living space - with the bed going from side to side at the very front of the space, and with large storage drawers below the bed. The popup table provides bedside counter space if desired. The wall mounted TV and the full width shelf above the bed provides additional shelf space when needed. Outside the large patio awning (power) provides a break from the sun and allows you to take the fun outdoors. The unit has a full-width storage compartment at the front of the RV. There is an inverter to convert the battery power and provide power for the refrigerator when on the road.

The power tongue jack makes setup and breakdown quick and easy as do the 4 electric stabilizer jacks (two at the front and two at the rear - both controlled by an electric button on the entrance side. The two 20 lb propane tanks with the rock guard provides propane for the unit. The Blue Ox Weight Distribution Hitch and System come with the unit as do the power cords. The exterior kitchen is another great feature of this RV - the door acts as its own awning, you have a refrigerator, sink and additional cabinet space and the rear bumper mounted bbq grill has a bracket that can be extended and swung around to be near the exterior kitchen area.

The rear bumper also has a spare tire mounted on it and also doubles as storage space for the sewer hose. All of the RV systems, power cord (30 Amp), water tank, city water, sewer connections, water heater are clearly marked and easily accessible. Custom-built cabinets in the corners that can be used or removed if necessary. The second outside entrance is on the opposite side of the garage. There is also an exit door onto the side patio from the garage, providing a great place for tailgate parties, with the exterior TV and speakers under the large

patio awning. The living area is entered from the main outside entrance, and you are facing the four large recliners on the opposite wall of the unit. The large slide-out also includes the refrigerator/freezer too.

The L-shaped galley is opposite the refrigerator/freezer and has a 3-burner stove top with a gas oven below and a microwave with hood fan above the stovetop with a glass cooktop cover. The farm-style kitchen sink with goose-neck faucet and sink cover are in the portion of the L-countertop that juts out from the wall. There is plenty of cabinet space above and below the countertop. The stereo system head unit is to the right of the microwave. There are currently 3 TVs in the

unit - the living area has one over the kitchen sink - directly opposite the four recliners.

There is one in the garage (second bedroom) and one on the exterior patio. There is a bracket and hookups for another one in the master bedroom if desired. The recliners can also use the two removable tables shown in the photos. The bathroom is across from the recliners to the right - just before entering the master bedroom. It features a large shower/tub combo with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light. The bathroom sink has a medicine cabinet above and additional cabinet space below the sink. The toilet is opposite the bathroom sink and has overhead cabinets.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with storage space below and cabinets overhead and on either side of the bed. The unit has two large 15,000 BTU roof-mounted AC units and a 30,000 BTU furnace. The unit is prepped for a generator with all the controls and cables ready to hook one up. The propane tanks are on the tongue of the trailer as well as the power tongue jack, which makes setup and breakdown quick and easy. The unit has electric-powered stabilizer jacks at both the front and rear - as shown in the photos. Outside the RV - all RV systems are easily accessible and clearly marked (power, 30 gallon fuel tank for toys and generator, water heater, water systems, and sewer).

The seller states that all systems are in good working order. They have repaired the refrigerator/freezer and had the roof resealed in October 2022, replaced the battery in Jan 2022, and replaced the power tongue jack in July 2022. There is a small scratch shown in the photos on the front cap where it was damaged on the first trip.
