it won't take long to feel right at home. Entering from the patio slider places you in the heart of this floorplan and allows you direct access to the bathroom on your left or to the right you can move into the kitchen. We're starting with the Kitchen where you have a large center Island with double bowl sink set atop a solid surface counter.

The 18 cubic foot refrigerator is flanked by large amounts of pantry space and overhead cabinets as well as an extra counter space for coffee pot or even a cookie jar. An up sized four burner stove top resides in a slide out and includes a good sized oven and broiler, even more counter space to use while cooking over here. Other things to note in

the kitchen are the residential sized microwave and even more pantry space. The front is made for entertaining with a large tri fold sleeper sofa along the front, flanked by a pair of Thomas Payne rocker recliners that are facing the built in TV cabinet with a stone clad fireplace below.

A four person table and chairs sits near the patio door in the slide with a perfect window view for the morning cup of coffee or tea. Moving back down the hall to the bathroom you will see residential style doors for the bedroom and bathroom. The rear wall has a large wardrobe space and chest of drawers and with the prepped washer dryer space you can be completely contained in this space. Oh, I suppose we can bring the kids or a couple of guests if you step back in the hallway, the stairs lead up to a loft area that will accommodate a pair of adults on the single mattresses with storage and its own AC unit. In each of the stairs leading up you have a built in drawer for additional storage. Other features include dual roof air conditioners to make sure it stays cool and comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

There is a furnace to keep in warm. A 10 gallon water heater that operates on gas or electric with auto-ignition and has a 16 gallon per hour recovery rate. There is a central vacuum with push-button retract for easy hose storage. Full extension ball-bearing drawer guides with 75 pound capacity. And the window treatments feature residential style wood-look blinds in the living room and night shades in the bedroom. On the outside, the first thing to notice is the fiberglass exterior.
