It is really like new, well maintained and stored inside. Redhawk 31F is one of the few class C units that sleep so many people, over the cab bunk, sleeper sofa, dinette
bed, two bunks, and the queen size bed in the bedroom. The sellers bought the new unit, and when they got it, they added the hydraulic levelers, a $5,000 add-on at the time.
The seller has also added a TV to both bunks, the over-the-cab bunk, and the bedroom TV that was already in the unit.
Plenty of storage inside and out, nice size kitchen area and bathroom.

This has been well taken care of with annual maintenance and stored inside, raised up on jacks so not to have flat spots on tires.
Some of the good features that the seller loved was the bunk over the cab that raises and will sleep two.
There is a nice U Shape dinette that transfers into a large sleep area that will also sleep two. The seller painted the walls of the bedroom and refinished the window treatments, both look very well done. This is defiantly a nice unit you will want to see!
Bicycles and personal items will be removed before buyer takes possession.
The first owner must have been taller because he took out some of the trim behind the drivers seat so it would go back farther. Some wear on the drivers seat and the passengers seat. Carpet has some wear also. (see pictures)
