Composites are laminated to aluminum frame for strength & full insulation, Green Certified, 15,000 BTU central heat & air conditioning ducted through floor makes for warm bare feet in cold weather & effective cooling in hot weather. Sofa extends to additional bed. 20 power
awning, 2 power slides, 2 entry doors, completely furnished. Extra storage not immediately visible: under queen size bed, sofa drawer, table chair compartments, side table compartments. Miles traveled 12/08/2011-03/29/2017= 20,371. Included are 2 replacement Camco roof vents for future use, 10 pack Camco leveling blocks, X-Chock Tire Locking Chock, EQ-Equalizer (aka stabilizer) hitch, tire chains (at least I think these belong to the trailer) & Clearview adapter to ensure holding tanks are completely emptied.
Tires were upgraded to (5) LT225/75-16/10 Cooper Tires 115/112R for the higher speed rating. Flaws: While the interior is in excellent condition, the exterior needs waxing and the
awning fabric needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything has been well maintained & is in good working order. It has never been damaged in an accident. We purchased this December 7, 2011.
My husbands health, followed by his recent death, stopped further travel and, regretfully, I need to sell it. J. D. Power prices it between $21,515-$25,945. Because of the aforementioned flaws, Ive priced it at $19,800 to allow new owner to bring it up to prime condition.
